About Harmony

We're building the conversation infrastructure for people-facing teams.

We're early and distributed across 3 continents. Small team of repeat builders who love product, craft, and taste. High velocity is the default. We ship fast, decide fast, and move on. Still plenty to figure out, and that's the point.

We're looking for an Executive Assistant who operates more like a force multiplier than a support function. This isn't a typical support role — you'll operate with real ownership and help build the company from the ground up. You don't need years of EA experience. You need a learning engine that doesn't stop, an instinct for AI tools, and the drive to own everything you touch. You'll work directly with the entire founding team, owning the operating rhythm that lets the people building Harmony focus on what actually moves the company forward.

This is your way into the startup world. You'll see how a tech company actually works from the inside: product decisions, fundraising, hiring, ops. All of it, up close. The learning is massive. And if you grow with us, we'll build your next role around what you've become.

What you'll do

  • Own the founding team's calendars, communications, and daily operating flow. You decide what gets time and what doesn't, so the founders can focus on product, fundraising, and team.
  • Build the system, not just manage it. Design workflows, implement automations, and create the operational infrastructure that makes the whole team faster.
  • Triage executive communications. Surface what's critical, draft responses, and ensure nothing important falls through the cracks across the founding team.
  • Run operational projects end-to-end. Team offsites, event logistics, internal coordination, ad-hoc initiatives. You anticipate what's needed and clear the path before anyone asks.
  • Research and prepare. Gather context, brief the founders before key meetings, and make sure they walk in ready.
  • Be the connective tissue. Organise the digital workspace, maintain the information systems, and make sure context flows between the founders and the rest of the team.

About you

What matters most:

  • You learn fast. New tools, new domains, new contexts.
  • You're AI-native. You already use AI tools daily and instinctively reach for automation before manual work.
  • Your English is advanced, written and spoken. You'll draft emails on behalf of the founders, write internal updates, and communicate with investors and candidates. The words matter, and yours need to land every time.
  • You're comfortable with Google Workspace, virtual meeting tools, and project management platforms.

As a person, you...

  • Thrive at high velocity. Things move fast here and priorities shift. You don't need stability, you need momentum.
  • Are genuinely excited about startups and technology. You follow the space, you're curious about how companies are built, and you want to be inside one.
  • Communicate directly. Kind and clear.
  • Care about the details. Not because someone's checking, but because that's the standard you hold yourself to.
  • Are genuinely hungry. Experience is optional. The drive to figure things out and own them fully is not.

Bonus if you...

  • Have worked in a high-velocity startup or scale-up before. You know the rhythm.
  • Have prior EA, Chief of Staff, or ops experience.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary.
  • Remote-first, async-friendly.
  • Direct impact. Your work shapes the founding team's effectiveness, which shapes the entire company.
  • Paid co-working space/desk.
  • Flexible leave.
  • Growth. If you outgrow this role, we build the next one around what you've become.
