About Harmony

We're building the conversation infrastructure for people-facing teams.

We're early and distributed across 3 continents. Small team of repeat builders who love product, craft, and taste. High velocity is the default. We ship fast, decide fast, and move on.

We have paying enterprise clients and ten people. Everything that keeps a company running still sits with the founders: contracts, access, compliance, invoices, travel, scheduling. All of it manual, squeezed between customer calls. Every hour spent on logistics is an hour not spent closing a deal or shipping product.

This is the role that takes it. You'll report to our Chief of Staff and work with the founders every day. We're not looking for someone to take notes. We're looking for someone who gets energy from turning mess into a system, and who wants to see how a company actually gets built while doing it.

Be clear-eyed about the shape of it. The first six months are roughly 70% operational execution and 30% projects you own outright. As you prove you close loops without supervision, that ratio flips. Where it goes from there is up to you: a lead role on one of our teams, deeper into strategy and operations, or out the door to start your own thing. All three are good outcomes for us.

We don't count years. We care that you move fast, that you're technical by instinct, and that mess makes you want to fix it rather than wait for someone to tell you how.

What you'll do

  • Support operations across the company. People and contracts, access and tooling, security and compliance, legal documentation, finance, investor and internal reporting. You'll work alongside the Chief of Staff on what's already running and take pieces over as you go.
  • Protect the founders' time. Calendars, inbox triage, what's critical and what gets dropped. You run the operating flow so the founders stay on clients and product.
  • Research and prepare. Gather context, brief the team before key meetings, and make sure they walk in ready.
  • Run projects end to end. Travel, offsites, event logistics, IT and hardware, whatever lands on the table this week. You anticipate what's needed and clear the path before anyone asks.
  • Build the system, not just manage it. Workflows, automations, and the operational infrastructure that makes the whole team faster. Most of it should run on agents, not on you.
  • Be the connective tissue. Organise the digital workspace and the information systems so context flows out of founders' heads and into somewhere people can find it.

About you

  • You're hungry. Experience is optional. The drive to figure things out and own them fully is not.
  • AI-native. You reach for agents and automation before manual work, and you already build with AI daily.
  • You learn fast. New tools, new domains, new rooms.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken. You'll write to investors, clients, and candidates, and the words need to land. Polish is a plus.
  • Detail-obsessed and discreet. Clean records, accurate numbers, and contracts, comp, and security data handled like they're yours.
  • High ownership, low ego. You don't wait for instructions. You see the problem, you fix it, you tell the team what you did.

This isn't for you if

  • You think operational work is beneath you. For the first stretch, mastering the details is the job, and it's the only thing that earns you the next one.
  • You want to specialise. You'll touch legal, finance, people, IT, and compliance in the same week.
  • You need someone to hand you a task list.

Tools

Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Linear, HubSpot. Plus the AI tooling to glue it together, and whatever you decide we should be using instead.

How we work

  • Own it fully. You don't need permission to do great work here. See something broken? Fix it.
  • Build the system, not just the thing. If you're doing it twice, automate it.
  • Be direct, be kind. Feedback is fast, honest, and specific. But always with care. Trust is the infrastructure that makes speed possible.
  • Ship it. A V1 with real users beats a V5 in a slide deck.
  • Stay curious, stay humble. "I don't know" is a starting point.

What we offer

  • B2B contract, full-time. 2,500 to 3,300 USD per month depending on scope and experience. 30 days' notice.
  • Remote-first, async-friendly.
  • Direct impact. Ten people, no layers, and you work with all of them.
  • Paid co-working space.
  • Flexible leave.
  • Growth. If you outgrow this role, we build the next one around what you've become.

How to apply
