Workspaces with the experimental automation editor enabled can build event-driven workflows with conditions and reuse information from earlier steps. Supported workspace CRM connections gain configurable field mappings and ways to send conversation summaries, insights, and scores to CRM records. Conversation source labels and a collapsible speaker timeline make recordings easier to review, while insight summaries now present outcomes and percentages in clearer rows. Project settings and Companion navigation have been reorganized, with more direct creation shortcuts and guidance for connecting apps and Google Calendar. We also fixed missing custom fields, upload dropdowns that closed when switching tabs, and readability issues in Companion messages.

New members can follow guided tasks to explore Harmony and track their progress. Eligible workspaces also gain email delivery from automations and an experimental option that lets Companion revisit larger connected-app results during a session.
