Overview

Salesloft is fundamentally a sales engagement platform that has expanded into conversation intelligence and revenue management. Core strengths are multi-channel outreach cadences, with conversation intelligence ("Call Spotlight") as a secondary capability. In Spring 2025, Salesloft launched 15 AI agents for sales execution.

Because conversation intelligence is a bolt-on rather than the core product, Salesloft's CI features are not best-in-class compared to dedicated platforms.

Pricing

Estimated at $1,680–$2,160/user/year for the Advanced tier. Dialer add-ons cost $200/user/year extra, and training fees run $300–$500/user/year. A 50-seat deal lists at $108K/year, negotiable to $62K–$68K with multi-year commitment.

No free trial or self-serve option is available.

Security & Data Residency

Salesloft holds SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001/27701 certifications with GDPR/CCPA compliance. However, data residency options are not prominently documented — infrastructure is primarily US-based. No EU data residency is available.

Key Differences

Engagement-first DNA. Salesloft was built for outbound sales cadences. Conversation intelligence was added later and does not match the depth of purpose-built CI platforms — let alone infrastructure like Harmony.

Platform limitations. Users frequently report platform bugs, email deliverability issues, and dialer features locked behind costly add-ons. Harmony focuses on reliability and depth across the entire conversation lifecycle.

Sales-only scope. Like Gong, Salesloft serves sales teams exclusively. No support for customer success, product, legal, or operations workflows. Harmony serves every team that has conversations.

No source agnosticism. Limited to standard meeting platforms with no IVR, phone system, or offline recording support. Harmony ingests from any source into a unified conversation data lake.

When to Choose Harmony

If your primary need is outbound sales cadences and sequences, Salesloft is built for that. But if you need deep conversation intelligence across the organization — with source-agnostic ingestion, data ownership, and AI flexibility — Harmony is the right choice.
