Overview
Clari is a revenue orchestration platform with modular products: Clari Core (forecasting/pipeline), Clari Copilot (conversation intelligence, formerly Wingman), and Groove by Clari (sales engagement). Chorus.ai, once a standalone conversation intelligence tool, was acquired by ZoomInfo and now exists within that ecosystem.
Together, these products aim to cover revenue execution end-to-end — but using them means stacking multiple tools, each with its own pricing, and none designed for teams outside of sales.
Pricing
Costs stack up fast across Clari's product suite:
- Clari Core (forecasting/pipeline): $1,200–$1,500/user/year
- Clari Copilot (conversation intelligence): $720–$1,320/user/year
- Chorus (via ZoomInfo): $1,200–$1,640/user/year plus ~$4,000 platform fee
A full Clari deployment easily exceeds $200/user/month. All quote-based, annual contracts only.
Security & Data Residency
Security details are less transparent than competitors — Clari directs customers to an "Assurance Center" without prominently listing specific certifications. GDPR and CCPA compliance are built in, and Clari offers a proxy framework allowing organizations to integrate their own AI models. However, no EU data residency is documented for either Clari or Chorus.
Key Differences
Tool stacking vs. unified platform. Getting conversation intelligence, forecasting, and engagement from Clari means buying three separate products with different pricing. Harmony delivers conversation intelligence, AI workspace, and data infrastructure in a single platform.
Chorus stagnation. Since the ZoomInfo acquisition, Chorus has seen slower innovation, with users noting feature stagnation. Harmony is actively developed with a modern architecture built for the LLM era.
Sales-leader focus. Clari is widely described as a "tool for sales leaders" that adds limited value to individual reps. Harmony is built for every team member who has conversations — not just the people reviewing dashboards.
No conversation data lake. Clari processes and displays data within its own UI. Harmony gives you a unified data layer you own and pipe into your systems.
When to Choose Harmony
If you need revenue forecasting and pipeline management specifically, Clari's Core product is purpose-built for that. But if you want conversation intelligence that works across every team, without stacking multiple tools and contracts — and with data ownership and EU residency — Harmony is the more complete solution.
