Security & Data Residency
Fireflies holds SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliance (EU-US Data Privacy Framework), with HIPAA available on Enterprise. Data is stored in the US by default (Google Cloud + AWS). EU data residency is available only on Enterprise via bring-your-own-storage. No ISO 27001.
