Every day, millions of conversations happen across businesses-sales calls, support tickets, team meetings, customer feedback sessions. Each one contains valuable insights. But most of that knowledge disappears the moment the conversation ends.

We've all been there. You finish a great customer call, and then the real work begins. Update the CRM. Write a follow-up email. Create tasks for next steps. Share notes with your team. Log the activity. By the time you're done with the admin work, the next call is already starting.

A week later, you can barely remember what was discussed. The nuances, the context, the real meaning behind what was said-it's all gone.

That's why we built Harmony.

Why We Built Harmony

The problem isn't that we don't have enough tools. We have meeting recorders, note-taking apps, CRMs, and analytics platforms. The problem is that these tools don't understand context. They capture data without meaning.
